Vimidi - Virtual MIDI Controller

Select MIDI device name under the “Midi Out” menu. To send MIDI messages to other applications you will need virtual midi loop back device installed.

Install following the on-screen explanations. This involves restarting the pc to make the cable drivers work properly.

After restarting your pc you will see some additional MIDI ports. So now you just have to choose one of these virtual ports as an output port in Vimidi and choose the same port as midi input port on the sequencer you are using.

Predefined keyboard layout:

MOUSE CONTROL, LFO, MIDI PLAYER

To change the keyboard layout change the key codes for each controller.

Note: to find out the key number, enable “watch keyboard” and press the key. Key number should appear on the status bar on the bottom of the application screen.
